Ashburn Crossroads

Ashburn Crossroads is a 25 acre mixed used commercial project in Ashburn, VA located at Ashburn Village Blvd and Farmwell Rd.

The project consists of 4 phases:

Phase 1 –Completed 1Q 2005. Retail pad sites including SunTrust, 7-11, and Suds Carwash.

Phase 2 – Completed 2Q 2006. Development included four office condominium buildings and PNC Bank (see Ashburn Crossroads Office Condominiums)

Phase 3 – Retail/Restaurant Park. Five restaurants open. One pad site remaining.

Phase 4 – Crossroads Overlook, 57,000 SF Class A Office space available for lease.
