Oaklawn

Oaklawn is a 165 acre mixed-use project in Leesburg, VA located at the interchange of the Dulles Greenway (Rt 267) and Battlefield Parkway (Rt 654). The project is zoned a combination of PRC (planned residential community) and PEC (planned employment community) and approved for 326 residential units (being developed by Pulte Homes), 1.0 million SF of office, 130,000 SF of retail, and a 150-room hotel.

Oaklawn is served by Leesburg Executive Airport and Dulles International Airport. It also features direct access from westbound Dulles Greenway, which averages 70,000 vehicle trips daily.

Battlefield Parkway and Miller Drive began construction in 2Q 2006 and are scheduled for completion in 4Q 2007. Additionally, the Dulles Greenway interchange at Battlefield Parkway and Sycolin Rd. widening at Battlefield Parkway are both under construction and scheduled for delivery in 2007.

Oaklawn is schedule to begin construction of Phase 1 roads in late 2005 with the first commercial deliveries in 2007.
