Oaklawn

Oaklawn is a 165 acre mixed-use project in Leesburg, VA located at the interchange of the Dulles Greenway (Rt 267) and Battlefield Parkway (Rt 654). The project is zoned a combination of PRC (planned residential community) and PEC (planned employment community) and approved for 326 residential units (being developed by Pulte Homes), 1.0 million SF of office, 130,000 SF of retail, and a 150-room hotel.

Oaklawn is served by Leesburg Executive Airport and Dulles International Airport. It also features direct access from westbound Dulles Greenway, which averages 70,000 vehicle trips daily.

Oaklawn's phase one infrastructure which includes Battlefield Parkway, the Dulles Greenway interchange, and Miller Drive opened for public traffic in May 2008. Site planning is in process for several commercial land bays. Residential is under development by Pulte Homes. The first phase consisting of 86 units is complete, and phase two is under construction.
