Keane Construction specializes in common area renovations, small carpentry work, and complete tenant improvement projects. We operate in both occupied office space and new tenant build out environments. We strive to complete the project on time and within budget while minimizing disruption to the core business operations of our clients. Keane's client list includes property and facility managers, landlords, building owners, and tenants.

Property Management
in 2006, Keane launched a property management firm specializing in personalized property management with a practical approach. Keane Management provides management services to property and community owners associations as well as landlord owned properties and projects. Our property management services include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, as well as interpretation and guidance of governing procedures.
Keane is dedicated to the effective support and protection of our client's assests, ranging from common area interests of associations to the bricks and mortar occupied by a variety of tenants. Our approach is highly personalized with frequent onsite visits and contacts. Keane Management is building a strong presence in Loudoun County and has developed excellent relationships with local service providers to ensure timely and quality maintenance, monitoring, and management.
Consulting
Keane’s Real Estate Consulting services include strategic planning, project feasibility and due diligence, market analysis, and financial analysis. Applying our expertise, we can underwrite acquisitions and dispositions, develop custom pro formas to assess investment performance for any asset type, as well as solicit and underwrite financing tailored to your project.
